Strawberry, Banana, Almond Butter Smoothie

I love a good ole strawberry banana smoothie, but have recently starting playing around with the mixture. I love adding in almond butter to add a creamy and nutty taste. It's turned into a great motivator for exercising as my post-work out treat. Hope you like it too!

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana slices
3 tbsp skim milk 
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp apple juice
1 tbsp orange juice
hand full of ice

First, peel and cut half of a banana and place in the freezer for 30 mins. Then mix all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Use a spoon to stir the mixture to ensure all pieces are blended.
